An access handoff checklist
Your team identifies the permitted environment, account owner, setup instructions and access period. I coordinate the creator-facing information and unresolved requests.
CREATOR CAMPAIGNS / X DISTRIBUTION
Let creators understand what they are being asked to show.
Give creators unreleased-product access through a named product owner, an agreed test task and explicit boundaries on what can be shared. Confirm the build, prerequisites, known limitations and publication permissions before they draft. I coordinate that preparation and capture open questions in the brief, so a creator demonstration reflects the product they actually used and the access your audience will have.
WHAT WE BUILD TOGETHER
A creator needs enough access and context to explain the real experience. I organise the test handoff with your product owner and keep unresolved questions out of approved demonstration claims.
Your team identifies the permitted environment, account owner, setup instructions and access period. I coordinate the creator-facing information and unresolved requests.
We choose an observable workflow the creator can try. Expected behaviour and known limits come from your product reviewer.
The brief states what may be shown, which facts need review and when publication is allowed. A changed build or access condition triggers an update.

We agree the work, approvals and budget before starting. You work with me throughout.
Your product owner describes the environment and what creators can realistically test before release.
I provide the agreed instructions and collect product questions for your team to resolve.
We check the demonstrated workflow and access language before the creator proceeds with the booked publication.
Your team selects the least access needed for the agreed task and names the access owner. I coordinate the handoff without prescribing a particular account setup.
Route the observation to the product owner and decide whether the test, claims or publication timing need to change. Do not write around a result that was not achieved.
Only within the permissions your team has approved. The brief should identify which screens and facts are public and which require review.
Name the internal access owner and end condition in the handoff plan. Removal and any retained materials follow the permissions your team agreed.
I quote after reviewing your product, deliverables, timing and approval needs. The proposal identifies my work and any creator fees, production or additional coordination where applicable. Send your brief and budget so I can recommend a scope.
