The calculation
Monthly base = ambassadors × monthly reward + operating work + tools.
Recurring budget = monthly base × (1 + reserve % / 100).
First month = (monthly base + setup) × (1 + reserve % / 100).
Three months = (3 × monthly base + setup) × (1 + reserve % / 100).
