Nowix / Working template
A better brief makes a better X post.
This is the context I need to write for a tech or AI founder. Use it for one post, a thread, or a recurring content engagement.
Download the brief ↓Six things to agree before writing
- 01
Audience and purpose
Who is this for? What question do they have? What should they understand or do after reading?
For an AI developer tool, name a specific builder task instead of “everyone interested in AI.”
- 02
Product evidence
Link a demo, documentation, a real output, or a customer example you have permission to use. Identify the person who can check technical claims.
A screenshot should show the relevant workflow. A performance claim needs the conditions and comparison that support it.
- 03
Voice and point of view
Share three posts that sound like the founder or brand, an opinion you want to explain, and phrases you would never use.
A founder interview or voice message can provide the reasoning that makes a post specific.
- 04
Format and next step
Choose a standalone post, thread, article, or launch sequence. Define one useful action: try a workflow, read a guide, view a demo, or send a brief.
The format follows the explanation. Include visuals where they help someone understand a step.
- 05
Approval and publication
Name the reviewer, revision window, publishing owner, target date, approved links, and any partnership disclosure required.
Decide who can confirm facts before content is scheduled.
- 06
Review and learning
Record the published URL and capture date. Keep views, relevant responses, link visits, and leads as separate measures.
Use the response to choose the next question. Do not assume platform views are website visits.
For a founder account
Start with the founder’s observations and decisions. I use the interview and source material to write posts you can approve in your own voice.
Work with me on founder ghostwriting →For a product explanation
Start with one audience question and a real demonstration. I organise the explanation into a hook, useful sequence, and next step.
