A customer fact sheet
We record the workflow, product use, relevant period, observed result and supporting source, with missing evidence and permissions marked.
X CONTENT / CUSTOMER STORY WRITING
Give the real customer experience enough context to be useful.
Write a customer story for X around the customer’s task, the product’s role and the outcome the evidence actually supports. Confirm permission, check quotes and explain measurement conditions before using numbers. Nowix develops the narrative and drafts from approved source material, keeping observed results and the customer’s own assessment clearly attributed.
WHAT WE BUILD TOGETHER
A credible customer story explains what happened and why it matters. I organise the source material, identify missing context and write a narrative the customer and your team can review.
We record the workflow, product use, relevant period, observed result and supporting source, with missing evidence and permissions marked.
I build the story around the customer’s task and experience, using approved quotes and accurate descriptions of the product’s contribution.
I draft the agreed format with measurement context and a useful next step, then incorporate customer and factual review before publication.
WORK & EXAMPLES

The existing case distinguishes selected view observations from causal lift and business outcomes. It shows the evidence context a result narrative should preserve.

We agree the work, approvals and budget before starting. You work with me throughout.
Send the permissioned source material, workflow and outcome evidence. We identify who can approve the customer’s name, quotes, screenshots and figures.
I outline what the customer tried, how the product was used and what was observed. Unsupported conclusions become questions or are left out of the draft.
Your team and the required customer reviewer approve the facts and wording. We preserve the approved sources and agree where the story can be published.
Yes. A clear account of the task, product use and observed experience can be useful without a percentage. Use the customer’s approved description and observable workflow rather than inventing a performance figure.
The underlying values, measurement period, method and comparison, plus permission to publish them. The wording should describe the actual comparison and avoid implying the product caused a result the evidence does not isolate.
Yes, if the customer permits the story and the remaining detail still accurately represents the experience. Remove identifying information consistently and explain the relevant context without adding fictional characteristics.
I can suggest an edited version for the customer to approve, or paraphrase with clear attribution. An edited sentence should not be presented as their exact quotation without confirmation.
Name the internal factual owner and any required customer reviewer before drafting. I coordinate the writing and revisions around those approvals; the source owners confirm the facts and publication permission.
